About Vicki's Foods, Inc. d.b.a. Vicki's Barbecue & Shrimp
Vicki's Foods, Inc. is a quick-service barbecue restaurant in Detroit, Michigan. We serve smoke spare ribs and chicken on the grill as well as seafood.
Our customers can easily identify our homemade barbecue sauce. This is a St. Louise-style variant that is vinegar-based. On top of that, many of our customers have also identified us as one of the few restaurants that does open pit barbeques on a regular basis.
Fairfield Butler and his wife, Vivian, have been cooking the best barbecue in town for more than 57 years. Their son, Dennis, continues this proud tradition for the last 30 years. Last 2013, the Detroit Metro Times™ recognized us as one of the finest barbecue joints in Detroit. As part of our humanitarian efforts, we also donate food to the charity of KEM, an R&B singer.
